SFU's Girls Exploring Physics has officially opened registrations for their next free workshop! Girls in grades 9 and 10 are invited to spend a day meeting women faculty and students in SFU's Department of Physics, tour SFU's Trottier Observatory and Science Courtyard, and most importantly, have some fun with physics! This workshop will feature two hands-on activities: Exploring Physics with Candy and LED's: Lighting for Efficiency and Drama. This event will also include snacks and a pizza lunch.
