This free symposium, hosted by Let's Talk Science at the University of Victoria, is all about quantum mechanics! It is aimed at helping students in Grades 10-12 navigate the paradigm shift from classical mechanics to quantum mechanics, and will feature physics and chemistry laboratory tours that allow students to observe some of the key concepts being discussed. Students will also get to meet graduate students who can help explain different phenomena in more detail, and participate in team-building activities to solidify their learning.
