The MakePossible Diversity by Design workshop explores the business case for diversity, develops leadership skills and creates awareness of the opportunities for women in Science and Technology.

This workshop will:

• Connect Faculty, women (and men) in industry, and students together to explore resources to support emerging talent and advance women in STEM fields
• Brainstorm solutions to address diversity challenges and create opportunities
• Build valuable mentorship and networking connections in the community

Hosted by TRU, delivered by the Society for Canadian Women in Science & Technology (SCWIST), and supported by Kamloops Innovation and TRU Generator.
