The Faraday Show is UBC’s annual science lecture, designed for children, presented by UBC Physics & Astronomy. This year the show will be about the wonderful season of winter! They’ll use fun experiments and demonstrations to answer questions like: Why do the seasons change? How do clouds, snow, and icicles form? How can we see heat and keep it in? And, what is the science behind the warmest winter jacket, or your favourite winter sports? This show is for children of ALL AGES, and adults who are young at heart!
