This November, WIMDI will put on its largest event ever to help give women the tools they need to tackle their performance reviews and professional development planning with confidence. This event is a repeat of last year’s popular three-part Fall Performance Review Series, but compressed into one all-encompassing evening.

Welcome to Talk 9 of 12 - Owning Your Performance Review.

Year end performance reviews and professional development planning are critical pieces of the career development puzzle for working professionals. Women face a number of unique barriers to having successful performance and development conversations from differences in how their performance is rated and discussed to the cultural expectation that women keep the peace and not advocate for themselves too aggressively.

This event aims to give women a blueprint for the three main phases of the review process: Preparing for their review, dealing with difficult feedback, and negotiation
