Women in Tech week is a celebration of all the accomplishments women have made, and will continue to make, in the world of technology! It's a chance to reflect on recent steps towards diversity and inclusion within the tech community, while taking a look at the future of tech, and how women fit into that future. Here are just a few examples of some of the exciting events that are being planned for WinTech Week 2017: 

Monday - Breakfast Kickoff: Bringing Out the Big Guns. This fun breakfast discussion will revolve around increasing diversity in tech.

Tuesday - WWT: Women, Wine & Tech @ IQmetrix. Enjoy refreshments, meet leading women in Vancouver's tech and business communities, and more! 

Wednesday - WinTech Summit: Taking Charge of Tech. This summit hopes to create a dialogue within the tech community about issues that still affect women in tech today, covering topics such as imposter syndrome, tips for start-ups, and building your confidence. 

Thursday - Women in Tech Awards Soiree: Celebrating Our Women. This Soiree will help you to celebrate the trailblazers of the Vancouver tech community over wine and appetizers.
