University Animal Care Committee

Scheduled Meetings

Every last Tuesday of each month, with exemptions for maybe August and December

Please carefully take note of the following UACC policies and procedures as your application or amendment may not be accepted if it does not meet these requirements.

1. Please remember that a SIGNED copy of a new protocol must be submitted AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to the upcoming UACC meeting.

2. Your application or amendment will be processed WHEN a signed copy is received by the UACC Coordinator.

3. Please submit DOUBLE-SIDED hardcopies of all applications and amendments to the UACC Coordinator, ACS - TASC2

4. Please ensure that the signature page in your application is on ONE page and not split between two pages.

5. Please submit also an electronic version of the application or amendment to the UACC Coordinator at sfu-uacc@sfu.ca

6. Please use the MOST RECENT VERSIONS of all Animal Care Forms, which are posted on our web site: http://www.sfu.ca/vpresearch/acs/
