Emergency Radio Procedures

Dear friends:

We're looking for emergency radio procedures/protocols for K12 school
districts.  Specifically, procedures that would enable
notification/recall to bus drivers and other school personnel of an
earthquake or similar disaster.  Perhaps establishment of a Net Control
Station, or base of operations?  Any assistance/referrals would be most
appreciated.  Wishes for a great weekend!
