Experiences with Post Disaster Facility?

Colleagues,

Vancouver, Canada, is in the process of commissioning a brand new, post
disaster facility for an emergency response and management control center.
There are many redundancies built into the systems for an extremely reliable
operation where communication system vulnerabilities are minimized with
backup systems. The building is 55,000 sq.ft. and includes the "911"
Communications and Dispatch Center.

They are in the process of planning for facility operations, maintenance
staffing and requirements, and would like to exchange notes and experiences
with other similar operations.
