Contingency Plans for Campus Animal Populations

Here at the Uof C we are developing and reviewing the captioned plans.
There are a number of animal populations on campus (not the Pub variety
but the research subjects).  They are distributed amongst a few sites,
each with varying levels of critical utility supply (electricity, heat,
water).  Has anybody else been dealing with this issue?  Do you have
plans developed that you would be willing to share?  Do you want more
detail or do you have any questions?  Please let me know...Thanks
