How I Got Here
Me at 10 weeks of age
Hi! My name is Indy, and I'm an Airedale Terrier.
I was born on April 17,1998 in a litter of 15. My Mom's name
is Lucy (Ch. Aria's Double Deluxe), and my dad is Hydro (Ch.
Jafeica's High Voltage C). Hydro split before I was born, so
I've never met him. My second dad, Daniel Scott, was great however.
He helped feed us all 'cus mom was a little short of teats for all of us.
Funny thing though, he tended to walk on his hind legs!
At three weeks of age, a couple dropped by and played with us for
a while. They must have liked us because they kept coming back to
see and play with us.
This is my second dad, Daniel, making me pose for the camera.
It was not long after this picture was taken that the couple that kept
coming to see us came and took me to their home. Now they are my
new mom and dad.
This is my new mom, Tammy, with me in our back yard. (Mom
walks on her hind legs too. There must be something in their breed
that causes them to do that -- weird!.) When I'm out here, I spend
most of my time playing with mom and dad, eating grass or digging up the
garden. I LOVE gardening!
Dad is not so keen on my gardening however.
This is my new dad. I was four months old here, and had just
been clipped. I didn't like that very much, so I decided to start
doing bizzare things with my ears.
Well, I'm 8 months old now and am attending school. I'm not
sure what kind of school it is, but my best guess is that we are teaching
dad how to behave, by being nice to me and giving me lots of treats.
I love school!
