I have established a research collaboration with Ian Joyce, Douglas College, and Parzival Copes, Professor Emeritus in Economics to study fisheries management issues with special emphasis on problems in the N.E. Pacific. A series of papers on the Herring fishery have been completed and we are now working on the salmon fishery.
