This time, however, I was able to contact the U.S. publisher, Boxwood Press in Pacific Grove, California, and asked the SFU bookstore to deal directly with Boxwood (asking for "remainders") without going through a Canadian middleman. This has only been possible because neither Canadian wholesalers nor online U.S. booksellers carry the lecture text due to its being out of print, while the second edition is being taken to press. So, for now, you should ignore all the other ordering options shown on this URL and purchase your lecture and laboratory texts at the SFU bookstore.
