There was No Great Mischief Under the Volcano (as the Desolation
Angels could tell you). The Year of Wonder brought The Plague to the
Women Who Walked Into Doors, and the Last Orders were for the Peppered
Moths.
Kerouac, Lowry and Swift
All had characters who needed a lift.
Stopping at one was never a rule
So they became a bit of a tool
Because they were thoroughly stiff!
We read so much dribble from Drabble
She just continued to babble
When only the men liked the sots
We thought the women were looking for plots
But we only got drivel from Drabble! - Larrie

He wandered here and there
Set the 'cool rule' for us to share
Then decided home with mom was the best.- Fred
When Jack sat on top of the mountain
He pulled out his pen (ball, not fountain)
"I sought desolation
But need recreation.
On drugs, booze and women I'm countin'"
