SSL Install Issue

Hey everyone,

I'm in the process of migrating from ZCS 4.5.11 on our PPC Mac's to ZCS 4.5.11 on Red Hat 5, 64-bit.  I'm trying to install some new ssl certs from Entrust and I am having some issues.  After getting the cert reply from Entrust, and I try to import it into the keystore I get the following error:
keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Failed to establish chain from reply

I've never had this issue with an Entrust cert before, and I have never had to import an intermediate cert or a root cert into the keystore along with it, so I'm not sure what the deal is.  Has anyone else had this happen?  Anyone have any suggestions?
