Solaris: one hosts our NBU catalog, 4 sun zones which are mostly web servers.

Windows: Video streaming server, banner Xtender.

I know we have more, but I don't have my docs with me to reference.  For the most part we use CIFS, NFS (for Blackboard and ESX) and FCP.
