Re: license purchasing?

Chris-

I am copying John Rabara who is the VP of Customers for the new Zimbra.  John's team will lead customer success and relationships (including renewals).  His team will focus exclusively on making existing customers happy and successful with their deployments.

Lisa is also a good contact for new orders.

Chris,
I am pretty sure zimbra monitors this thread so you may get a response from here.  But also the sales guy from our region, Byron, has moved to SAP. You should be able to get in contact with Lisa Drake. She is on the west coast so timing may be an issue, she let me know that she is handling PSU so that leads me to believe she is handling our region.  Happy Hunting.

Subject: license purchasing?

Hi, folks.

I know this comes up from time to time on this list.. now it's my turn. I've been trying since March to order additional perpetual licenses for our service, but have yet to get a usable license issued. At this point, I haven't heard a peep out of Zimbra in several weeks. They all seem to have vaporized on the day their acquisition was announced. All e-mails go unanswered, and all phone numbers go to voice mail boxes from which calls are never returned.

Anybody have advice on how to rouse someone to take our money in exchange for services?

TIA,
