Greetings All,
Although not specifically a Zimbra implementation question, I was wondering if anyone has come across this before. Yahoo has begun rejecting all of our Financial Aid notifications with the following error:
5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'Message not allowed - [299]'
This particular reject reason is not documented on Yahoo, and an Internet search just yields questions posted about the error with no answers. The message is in standard MIME format, vanilla HTML with the college logo embedded but no additional attachments. When I was working in the ISP sector, we had a direct contact at Yahoo to work these types of issues out.
If anyone has worked through this issue before, it would be appreciated if you could share what particular content was causing your messages to be caught by this specific filter rule. Or similarly, if anyone has contact information for a member of the Yahoo team to work through these types of issues, we would be greatly indebted if you could share that contact information.
