Director of Public Health – describes the local monitoring efforts from 2003-2007;
Director of Public Works - describes the proposed control measures;

Cedar – Green Party; anti- spraying; anti-Bt
Marion – property owner
Dr. Robin – environmental activist and birdwatcher
Sam – climatologist; notes forecast of wet summer in 2008 and outlines repercussions for WNV outbreak.
