Range Minimum: $79,060
The Methodologist is responsible for carrying out a range of analytical activities that will contribute to the priorities of the Health System Performance Branch and CIHI. These activities include the application of a broad range of statistical methods, with an emphasis on indicators, to produce information related to health system performance and the health of the population. The Methodologist will make significant contributions to the development of: new health indicators and benchmarking performance methods and reporting standards. They will also assist in the development of analytical skills among staff and serve as an expert resource for selected projects. Overall, the Methodologist will improve and accelerate the production of health information that is relevant to decision-makers at the facility, regional, provincial and pan-Canadian levels. This experienced and highly skilled individual will be a key member of the Performance Improvement and Capacity Building team and contribute to CIHI’s strategic priorities.
