Office Hours
You
may go to the office hours of any of us, though questions about marking should
first go to the person who did the marking. If you still have questions about that after
talking with him/her, then come to speak with Dr Mc.
Please be courteous with your use of
email. Check the course pages first, especially
for administrative details. If you
still have a question, tell the person you are writing your name, your student
number, and what course and section you are in. If you can, try to say something about
what you think the answer is, so that time spent composing a response might be
reduced and that comments can be tailored
to you.
You
should receive a response within 48 hours, though perhaps not over the
weekend. And please keep in mind
that many questions are much better answered in person, so in tutorial or in
office hours. There will be email
deadlines before tests.
