Hey, so for the class and id's...you're actually using them wrong.
You use CLASS if that would only appear once on a page.

PLUS, row or col-md smth doesn't really make sense unless they're for grids.

I think the website should be just one scrolling thing, with different sections (with different background), so basically what you're doing.

INDEX2 is the new html file.

the positioning should be good now, remember to have the gif and text separate divs.
