Project Abstract:

LTE (Long Term Evolution) technology has been used in the past few years as the high-speed wireless communication

technology between mobile phones. It is supposed to represent successful replacement of the UMTS (Universal Mobile

Telecommunications System) 3G technology. In this project, we plan to evaluate the performance of the LTE network

technology through a variety of scenarios using OPNET software tool.
