When a user exceeds their quota they can still login using a text console
or SSH session to clean up their home directory.

SSH to oak.fas.sfu.ca or, on a CentOS machine at the graphical login screen,
hit Ctrl-Alt-F{2,3,4,5,6,...} to switch to a text console.
