Colloquium schedule About the Centre Home SFU English	Reception(s): The Afterlife of Media The Centre for Studies in Print and Media Cultures is holding a one-day symposium Friday, November 26, 2010 on the afterlife of media. Keynote speaker: Dr. Rick Sher Distinguished Professor of History in the Federated History Department of New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University, Newark Also featuring: Dr. Peter Cramer (English, SFU) Chantal Gibson (Interactive Arts & Technology, SFU) Dr. Diane Gromala (Interactive Arts & Technology, SFU) Dr. Betty Schellenberg (English, SFU) The symposium will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., in the Academic Quadrangle, Room 6229, on the Burnaby Campus. The purpose of this day is to stimulate our thinking on a theme of common theoretical interest, connect with other SFU researchers, brainstorm theoretical and methodological approaches, and build the Print and Media Cultures research community at SFU.
