The transformation of the European security environment over the last decade has generated a number of new challenges and issues for the countries in the Euro-Atlantic community, and particularly for the multilateral institutions endeavoring to manage Euro-security affairs. Bringing together scholars from within and outside Canada, this conference will focus on both Canadian and foreign adaptation to the changing dimensions and problems of European security in the post-Cold War period.
