Output text: In this neighborhood there are a number of people who are in need of a little help Cynthia Marks is a single mother who finds it difficult to work at her office all day and to put dinner on the table every night for her four kids Usually I am so tired at the end of the day that I bring home pizza for them to eat Cynthia decided that she had to do something She did not want to spend her food budget on expensive takeout food Also she wanted her kids to have a well&#number;balanced nutritious meal She talked to her neighbor Ann Cullen another single mother with two children who works full time as a lawyer Ann understood Cynthia needs She too often felt impatient and angry having to cook and clean after working all day She did not want to be angry and she wanted to spend more true with her kids at home So the two neighbors thought of a plan They decided that they would take turns cooking for each other families once a week B There are hundreds of neighborhoods in which people need some help to do ordinary chores Neighbor hood groups exist to help people in a number of different ways There are groups that take older people who can no longer drive or take public transportation to do their grocery shopping on their own There are neighborhood crime watch groups that keep an eye on people homes and watch for any signs of robberies or other crimes There are child&#number;safety programs that ask adults to watch out for neighborhood children who may need to come to a safe home in an emergencyCynthia and Ann plan was a success They now share meal making and sometimes eat together with three other neighbors According to Ann cooking for a group once a week is better than cooking five nights a week for three In addition to sharing dinner Cynthia and Ann get to talk about their problems and responsibilities With their neighbors they discuss the neighborhood school their young children attend and let each other know about special sales in neighborhood stores or social events that will be taking place According to these women they have a relationship that has improved their lives
