Go for it! Call that election now!! The people of Canada are ready, aye, ready to elect you and your Progressive Conservative team to the biggest majority government ever. Your rise to the post of Prime Minister has been thrilling, from your triumph at the party leadership convention, to your success at the G7 Summit, to your excellent standing in the polls; you gots what it take to be the best - you bet!
Prime Minister, we Canadians face many tough choices and hard decisions. The world is a competitive place and our economy needs boosting. I'm a small businessman, so I know the meaning of a hard-earned dollar and a good day's work. I also know about the burden sky-rocketing taxes and social service hand-outs to lazy-bones can bring to us wealth-creators. That's what this country needs, more people to get their hands dirty, make some deals and create some wealth. Everybody these days is just play and consume when what we need is work and production. I know you've got the smarts and the team to give this nation the kick in the pants it needs.
You did a fine job when you worked for the great Premier Bill Bennett out here in beautiful British Columbia, you did an excellent job as Justice then Defense Minister under the firm hand of the great Prime Minister Mulroney and I know you will excel as our leader. Remember, you've got my support 100% - count on it! I'm such a big fan of yours, do you think I could get a copy of your official Prime Ministerial photograph? I will hang it in my home next to the picture of Her Majesty the Queen. I want all who come over for visit to see that I honour and respect you. Keep up the good work!
