Mitacs Globalink warmly invites you to participate in the annual Globalink Orientation Session, taking place on November 17, 2016 in Ottawa. The first segment of this one-day conference will provide overviews about Globalink initiatives, and in the second segment we will provide updates about the Globalink initiatives, as well as solicit your feedback on our program implementation. The session will be interactive, with opportunities for participants to share their strategies and best practices. Participants are welcome to attend either one or both of the segments.

Time: late morning session and/or afternoon session, with a complementary lunch included
Duration: sessions will be approximately 2 hours each, not including lunch and coffee breaks

We welcome your suggestions of topics to include at the session. If you have any items you’d like to discuss, questions you’d like to be addressed, or if you would like to make a short presentation and share your strategies and best practices related to the Globalink programs, please email us at international@mitacs.ca before October 12, 2016 and we will do our best to include your recommendations in the schedule.
*Please note that the presentation will be given in English, but French slides will be available. Guests are welcome to ask questions in French or English.

For those unable to join us in person, we invite you to participate in the session via teleconference. Further instructions for this will be sent prior to the session.
