NSERC CREATE Quota: Expressions of Interest

Dear NSERC Researchers,

This year, NSERC has set a quota of five applications per institution for their Collaborative Research and Training Experience (CREATE) Program. If you are planning to submit a Letter of Intent (May 1 deadline), please submit an _expression_ of interest, including the title of your proposal, a short abstract, the list of SFU researchers involved, and a list of partner institutions and organizations to sfuavpr@sfu.ca by 4:00 PM on Monday, March 6, 2017.

If the number of the expressions of interest for the CREATE program exceeds the quota of 5 applications, the Vice-President, Research, in consultation with the Deans, will select the top 5 applications based on their merit and likelihood for success. The decision on the submitted expressions of interest will be communicated to the PIs by Monday March 13th.

For more information on the CREATE Program and eligibility, please see: http://www.nserc- crsng.gc.ca/Professors-Professeurs/Grants-Subs/CREA TE-FONCER_eng.asp

Sincerely,

Norbert
