The City of Stathmore is always interested in improving it's residences quality of life. If you are interested in making changes to your residence, please see the types of renovations avaliable & choose your registration form accordingly.
Renovation Permit Costs:
Cosmetic
$100 / submission
Changes to the outside of the home, adding non-load bearing walls/ceilings to a bare room.
Structural
$200 / submission
Modifications to the foundation, changing or removing load bearing walls or structural support of an existing room.
Additions
$500 / submission
Any modifications that involve adding floor space/structural elements to the house.
*Please note that all permit costs double if not using a licenced renovation company.
