Subject: [cmath] Two Nine-month Limited Term Appointments - Trent University

The Department of Mathematics at Trent University invites applications for 2 nine-month limited term appointments at the Assistant Professor level commencing August 1, 2015. These positions are subject to budgetary approval. One position is for Applied Mathematics and one position is for Statistics.

Applied Mathematics

The department is interested in individuals with experience teaching courses in Applied Mathematics. Candidates should have a Ph.D in Mathematics, with preference given to those with research experience.

Statistics

The department is interested in individuals with experience teaching courses in statistics. Candidates should have a Ph.D in Mathematics or Statistics, with preference given to those with research experience. Teaching duties will include courses in probability and advanced statistics.
