Dear all,

The Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the University of British Columbia in collaboration with Statistics and the ECOSCOPE training program are pleased to announce a postdoctoral teaching and learning opportunity at the interface of microbial ecology and big data science. We are looking for someone with experience handling big data sets that manifests ample enthusiasm for teaching and curriculum develop to play a deceive role in shaping the Experiential Data Science for Undergraduate Cross-disciplinary Education (EDUCE) initiative. EDUCE will progressively build data science competency through the lens of microbiome sequence information.
