Tom, Nancy,

Could you please circulate this.  It is for a one-year postdoc.

While not focussed on the development of new stats methods, there could be some opportunities.

More importantly, if someone wanted to find a really worthwhile data analysis project to sink their teeth into while developing some content area expertise, this would be a terrific chance.

Thanks!

Rob

Hey,

There is a post-doc position posted for work to be done with the Provincial Overdose Cohort

https://www.brainhunter.com/frontoffice/seekerViewJobDetailAction.do?sitecode=pl355&jobId=2269474&page=search&external=

The posted summary is:

This one year post-doctoral position supports efforts to analyze and disseminate findings from a large integrated dataset of longitudinal health data for those who have overdosed as a result of opioid use in British Columbia. It relates information on past history of hospitalization, medical visits, and prescription history with the circumstances of overdose. Information generated through the Provincial Opioid Overdose Cohort will directly inform public health decision making and response activities aimed at reducing morbidity and mortality of opioid-associated harms.

Michael
