Colors TCG

A simple repository application for the Colors (Fandom) TCG team. Will provide the following functionality when complete:
- Deck browsing
- Timed release of new decks
- Deck management (add, modify, delete)
- Deck ownership status
Will be implemented using the PHP framework, CakePHP.
