MATITK

ITK is an open source medical imaging processing library written in C++. While MATLAB also has many medical imaging algorithms, it is nice to be able to make use of the algorithms available in ITK. Precisely for this purpose, MATITK is written, allowing users to access certain ITK algorithms in Matlab.
