Edit existing PDF forms in Adobe Designer (Windows only)

Open a PDF form or a PDF document in Acrobat Professional.

Choose either Open Form In Adobe Designer or Edit Fillable Form from the Advanced > Forms menu, and then click OK. If your PDF form contains unsaved changes, click Save in the Save Options dialog box.
