Work with files attached to a PDF document

You can attach PDF and other types of files to a PDF document by using the Attach A File tool in the File toolbar. Attachments may contain links to or from the parent document, or to other attached files. When you copy or move the parent PDF document, attachments move with it. View or search file attachments by clicking the Attachments tab in the navigation pane.

Attachments that you add as comments also appear in the Attachments tab and can be identified by their page number. These attachments are tracked with other comments in a document review.
