Q: What are you doing for fun?
A: When I am not working I just binge watch shows and eat unnecessary amounts of food.Q: How have you had to adapt your work life? What has been easy/hard?
Q: How are you staying connected with family/friends?
A: I make sure to give them a call every week and stay up to date on everything going on. The Netflix extension app has also been a life saver for my dating life.
Q: How are you staying active?
A: Being a former SFU athlete, I continue to go on runs and lift weights whenever possible.
Q: What's the best piece of advice you've received?
A: There is no such thing as staying the same. You are either getting better or worse. There is no in between.
Q: Advice for current SFU students during this time of physical distancing?
A: I know this is a tough time for everybody but it's important to stay positive and focus on improving yourself one day at a time. I graduated only a couple months ago so I can relate to the everyday struggles of being a student better than most people. Stop focusing on the things you can't control and worry about the things you can.
