The Basics

When to arrive on campus

You should be on campus to pick up your regalia between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. for a morning ceremony and between 12:45 and 1:45 p.m. for an afternoon ceremony.

NOTE: All graduates and guests must have their Eventbrite tickets printed or on their phone upon arrival.

We advise you to arrive early, carpool or take public transit.

There will be free parking for alumni and guests in the North parking lots at the Burnaby campus. If you or your guests require accessible parking, they may proceed to the Central lot underneath Convocation Mall.

Please follow the directions on convocation signage and traffic control staff.

Convocation Map

Download the Convocation map and keep it handy for the day of your ceremony.

The map includes where to park and where you need to go for key steps during the day.
