TEMPLE OF THREE WINDOWS

The Temple of Three Windows is at the top of a piece of rock that has been terraced to produce a number of flat surfaces. The summit of the Temple of Three Windows is worked into the curious faceted block known as the Hitching Post of the Sun. The neat fit of the masonry structure makes it clear that this was an important building to the social structure of the Inka.
