March 07, 2016

On Saturday the 19th of March, we're holding the fifth annual symposium of the Human Evolutionary Studies Program. This time the symposium will feature past and present trainees of the program. For the discussant, we've been lucky enough to snag Prof. Peter C. Kjaergaard, who is the director of the Natural History Museum of Denmark. Peter used to run a program at Aarhus University that is similar to HESP, so it will be great to get his perspective on the talks.

The symposium will be held in the IRMACS Centre, which is part of SFU's Burnaby Mountain campus. If you are in the area, please free to come along. Entrance won't cost anything and we'll provide coffee, snacks, and lunch. Please just RSVP to w.ccarleton@gmail.com. The program for the symposium can be downloaded below.

Hope to see you there.
