Digital transfer account
A Digital Transfer Account gives you continuing access to a deposit folder on SFU Vault. For one-time transfers, you do not need an account, simply contact the Archives (moveit@sfu.ca) and request a temporary deposit folder. Request an ongoing account if you will be regularly making transfers in the future; complete this form and click the Submit button. On approval, the Archives will send you an Account Created Notice.
Collection Notice
The information on this form is collected under the authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468). It is related directly to and needed by the University for validating requests to transfer digital archival materials to SFU Archives. The information may be used to contact you to verify your authority to transfer materials. As a user of an SFU Archives’ service, you may be contacted by Archives for your opinions about the effectiveness of this service.
