Information is collected for the purpose of administering the financial details of externally-administered loan programs, including Canada Student Loan Program, StudentAid BC, Part-Time Studies Assistance Programs, and provincial loan programs of provinces outside of British Columbia. Personal information is disclosed only for the purpose for which it was obtained or compiled or for a use consistent with that purpose, including potential auditing by provincial authorities.

Individuals using personal information or to whom it is disclosed

Financial Aid and Awards would disclose personal information to the student themselves, auditors, and provincial authorities. Students have signed consent forms to permit this disclosure.
