Back-to-school French Fête

Thank you to everyone who participated in the 2022 French Back-to-School French Fête.

We are already looking forward to the next edition!

You are invited to the Office of Francophone and Francophile Affairs' Back-to-school French Fête.

The French Fête is the perfect occasion to meet with the SFU Franco community and discover all the resources and opportunities in French on campus during this back-to-school celebration.

DJ Alex Mof, musical performance of Missy D, food truck, live entertainment, games, and prizes to be won! Join us for this FREE, festive, and open to all event.

  • When? Friday, September 9th, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Where? UniverCity Town Square (near the bus loop)
  • Hosted by Lyne Barnabé, cultural journalist at Radio-Canada
  • Free and open to all.

A FESTIVE DAY IN FRENCH AT SFU

Following the Back-to-school French Fête, ICI Colombie-Britannique invites SFU's francophone community at 4 P.M. to gather and celebrate Radio-Canada's new season. Several Radio-Canada show hosts and members will discuss with the public and present the details of the 2022-2023 programming.

Vancouver artist Missy D will perform songs from her latest francophone album Case départ. To register for the rhythmic launch, visit radio-canada.ca/lancementCB2022.
