BPK Welcome BBQ 2019
The annual BPK Welcome BBQ will take place on Tuesday, September 17th from 12:00pm - 2pm. It will be held in the courtyard outside of K8638.

This years BPK Welcome BBQ was the stage for the initial BPK Faculty/Staff Fun-Fact Matching Game, presented by the Mental Health and Engagement Committee. Faculty/Staff picture ballots were handed out at check-in and participants were challenged to match the Faculty/Staff member to their fun-fact. This was no easy task as there were 47 fun-facts to consider, and some of the Faculty/Staff pictures may be in need of an update! There was a draw from the correct responses and Ms. Brooke Hockin was the big winner (pictured below).
On behalf of the Mental Health and Engagement Committee, we would like to thank everyone that participated, especially the Faculty and Staff for providing amazing fun-facts and exciting stories.

Thank you to everyone who came to the Welcome BBQ, despite the blustery weather. The BBQ raised $425 for the Terry Fox Foundation; thus, bringing our team total to $1,275. Our initial goal was $1,000. Can we up that to $1,500? Let’s do this BPK. See you this Friday - walking or running.
