A fun introduction to badminton with emphasis on skill development, technical drills, and team building. Campers will engage in mini games and competitions with others of similar skill and ability.
SFU Basketball Camps are designed for campers of all ages and skill levels to learn and practice essential basketball fundamentals taught by SFU Varsity Coaches, Athletes, and Alumni. Campers will develop new skills and strong work habits to apply to game situations.
SFU Basketball Camps are designed for campers to learn and practice essential basketball fundamentals in a positive and enjoyable atmosphere. SFU Coaches and current members of the varsity team emphasize developing new skills, strong work habits and carrying these traits into games.

Basketball Girls Beginners (5-10 years)
This beginner basketball camp will focus on the fundamentals. We introduce the dribble, pass, shot, and how to work as a team to play offense and defense. Camp will be fun and full of learning games to help build confidence and skill.
Basketball Girls Intermediate (9-15 years)
This camp is for basketball players that want to build the fundamentals necessary to become a good basketball player. Campers will learn offensive and defensive skills, and enjoy friendly competitions.
Basketball Girls Elite (13-18 years)
This camp is ideal for competitive players who would enjoy playing at the university level. Our goal is to provide a window to see and feel what it is like to play at a post-secondary institution. Coach Bruce Langford will run the camp with the help of his staff and team. The camp is meant to push players, with the hope of giving players an understanding of what serious commitment to basketball entails for playing at the next level.
Treat yourself to this multisport experience! Clan Sports consists of both traditional sports, like basketball & soccer, and fun sports, like dodgeball & kickball. Each week, campers will engage in a variety of sports with others of similar skill and ability.
The SFU Field Lacrosse Camps offer an accelerated level of instruction for experienced and developing lacrosse players who want to take their game to the next level. After a challenging day on the field, campers experience campus life as they enjoy a wide range of activities that include swimming, gym games and more.
Camp registration includes accommodation, daily meals, SFU reversible practice jersey and the chance to win SFU Lacrosse apparel/equipment. Coaching staff include current SFU coaching staff/team members and players with US college experience.
YOUNG GUNS - Commuter (7–9 years)
This day camp is designed to introduce young athletes to the game of Field Lacrosse.
YOUTH-LIVE-IN (9–11 years)
This overnight camp will provide a fun and positive environment to further develop the skills of participants and their understanding of field lacrosse.
MIDDLE SCHOOL-LIVE-IN (11–14 years)
This overnight camp is designed to refine and enhance the skills of participants in a fun and positive environment.
RISING STARS-LIVE-IN (14–17 years)
This overnight camp is designed to challenge players in an individual and team-learning environment in order to gain a thorough understanding of fundamentals and advanced performance skills.
SUPERVISED EARLY CHECK-IN (13–17 YEARS)
Overnight Supervision is available for campers that are travelling from out-of-town. Includes dinner/breakfast as well as evening activities.
Girls Camp challenges campers to be better players. Skill development & game-situational drills focus on technique, field vision, and team offensive/defensive concepts. Reversible jersey included.

This camp will feature full practices and a packed schedule including the teaching of fundamentals within the realm of full contact football, meetings, film analysis, and an introduction to the science of athletic training.
Register in the position that you want to play.
Campers will need a full set of football gear (helmet, shoulder pads, pants, knee pads, thigh pads, hip pads, tail bone pad, and mouth guard) from a school or community program. A pair of cleats and indoor shoes will be required as well. A camp jersey will be provided.
Note: Campers must have completed the SFU Athletics and Recreation Medical form with doctor's signature two weeks prior to the start of camp.
Football Camp Accommodations
Individual dorm rooms for 2 nights & meals included. This will be a great time to experience campus lifestyle. Please bring your own money for snacks and any extra food you may wish to purchase outside of regular meals.
Eaglequest Coquitlam Learning Academy is a great place for juniors to learn the game of golf. The facility is suited for teaching, with dedicated teaching areas, a classroom, video system, short game practise area, a 9 hole (par 3) course and a Mini Putt for on-course lessons.
CPGA certified professionals are well trained to work with juniors, keeping the emphasis on fun while learning. Golfers will be grouped by age and skill level.
Lunch fees and club rentals are processed directly through Eaglequest. Please complete the Lunches and Clubs form and provide it directly to Eaglequest for processing.
Note: Campers must bring the completed Medical Information and Release form to the first day of camp.

SFU Rugby Camp focuses on skills, fun, and understanding the game of rugby! Sponsored by the SFU Rugby Club, these camps appeal to all levels of interest, experience, and talent. Soccer Pre-Season Experience ID Camp (15+)
The SFU Preseason Experience is designed to replicate an actual NCAA college soccer preseason. Players will receive coaching from the SFU soccer staff and will push to better themselves as footballers. The Clan coaching staff will lead and supervise eight intensive training sessions that will let you experience the training of a NCAA athlete. Enrollment is limited to 30 campers and the fee will include a T-shirt.
High Performance Camp (12 - 14 years)
You will undergo four intensive training sessions with the Clan coaching staff and varsity players guiding you along the way. Enrollment is limited to 30 campers and the fee will include a T-shirt.

College Experience & Identification camp - (Girls 14–17 years)
SFU Softball is offering a unique opportunity for aspiring softball players to experience a taste of college softball at our Identification and Experience camp. Campers will interact with SFU coaches and varsity athletes throughout four days of activities that in addition to hours of softball instruction, will also include instruction in speed/power development and two mock University style classes to experience the life of a college student athlete.

SFU Tennis Camps provides instruction for beginner and intermediate players. Campers will learn the basic fundamentals to serve, rally, play at the net, and to keep score.
As their skill level progresses, it will be recorded with a take-home Awards Card. We are proud to endorse the Tennis Canada ‘Progressive Tennis’ approach, which uses modified tennis balls, nets, and courts to suit the various ages and sizes of the participants. The philosophy lead by Tennis Canada Certified Instructors, will emphasize Fun, Improvement, and Building Positive Relationships.
Camps are held on outdoor tennis courts, and will move indoors for playing and learning on rainy days. Rackets available for purchase if you do not have your own.
These fun camps will offer top quality instruction for the different events in Track & Field including a mini competition. SFU Head Track & Field Coach organizes and supervises the instruction of the assistant coaching staff and high level varsity athletes.
Each participant will receive a relay baton and t-shirt.
SKILL DEVELOPMENT CAMPS
The camps are broken down into age groups and skill level. Our mission is to create a fun structured environment where players develop their skills and knowledge about the game of volleyball. T-shirt included.
ADVANCED SKILLS HIGH SCHOOL CAMP
The Advanced Skills camp is for high school athletes interested in playing post-secondary volleyball at a college or university. Sessions will be led by the Head SFU Volleyball Coach and staff. Numbers will be limited to ensure quality coach to player ratios and maximum repetitions.
This camp is designed to improve individual skills, which includes some position specific training, as well as the player’s overall understanding of game tactics and strategy. Drills will be both individual and team oriented in nature with situational game play incorporated.
Dorm accommodation including three meals on Saturday and two meals on Sunday is available.
POSITION SPECIFIC SMALL GROUP TRAINING
The Position Specific Training camp is for athletes entering grades 7 - 12 who have established a position on their respective school or club teams. Sessions will be led by SFU Head Coach, Gina Schmidt, and will focus on improving the techniques specific to each position.
Limited spots will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
WRESTLING FOR KIDS (6–9 years)
Basic wrestling skills, rules and combative games introduce the sport in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. This camp helps participants understand the basics of falling, lifting and simple turning and take-down techniques.
WRESTLING - ELITE (9–17 years)
The Elite camp is for youth who want to learn more about technique, wrestling strategies and strength and fitness training. This camp offers a wide range of technical instruction, daily conditioning workouts, video analysis and some live wrestling. Campers will receive world class instruction from National Team coaches and former Olympians. Campers are grouped by age and skill level.
