REFUND POLICY

A refund may be considered based on the following:

  1. Receipt of written medical recommendation from a doctor (minus a 15% administration fee per program).

  2. Receipt of written recommendation from the Program Instructor or a Camps Administrator detailing why the program is unsuitable for the participant.

    • If the program has not commenced, a full refund (minus a 15% administration fee per program) will be issued.

    • If the program has commenced, a pro-rated refund (minus a 15% fee per program) will be issued based on the number of days the participant has attended.

       

  • We will consider program transfers, depending on course minimum registration. A $5 transfer fee may apply.
  • If a participant withdraws from a program one or more weeks prior to the start date, a full refund (minus a 15% administration fee per program) will be issued for each program cancellation made.
  • If a participant withdraws from a program with less than five business days notice prior to the start date, no refunds will be issued.
  • SFU Camps reserves the right to cancel a program if minimum registration is not reached one week prior to the start date. Program fees will be refunded in full.
