Conference Registration Desk

The conference registration desk will be open on:

Thursday, May 26
Hours: 4:00 – 7:00 PM
Location: Residence Dining Hall

Friday, May 27
Hours: 8:00 - 10 AM
Location: West Mall Complex (outside WMX 3520) and close to West Mall Lounge.

Parking

Local registrants should park in the West Mall Parkade (top floor). From there you will have easy access to the Residence Dining Hall (A new glass building which can be easily seen from the top level of the Parkade and is a two minute walk away from the Parkade down a short flight of steps). You will also have easy access and to the conference area which is located just inside the glass doors on the North-East Side of the top floor of the Parkade.

The special parking rate for CanFly is $5.00/day. Please mention the group name to the attendant when you exit the parking lot.

Poster Boards

The poster boards will be set-up in the West Mall Lounge. Each poster board is 4' x 4'. Poster presenters can set up their boards during the AM refreshment break, during the lunch hour and also during the PM break on Friday.
