Accommodation

Simon Fraser University's spectacular main campus is located at the top of Burnaby Mountain, approximately half an hour's drive from downtown Vancouver. This year's Canfly conference registration fee will not include accommodation and participants will have the choice of making their own accommodation arrangements either on campus, off campus, or, in the case of local participants, staying at home. Those participants from out of town will find it most convenient to stay on campus either in the new hotel guest rooms, townhouse units, or in reasonably priced new and modern dormitory accommodation. Based on our pre-registration survey, we have arranged for the following numbers of dorm rooms, townhouses and on-campus hotel rooms to be set aside for the conference. 30 single dormitory rooms with linen at a rate of $35.00 per night 48 rooms in our Townhouse Quad Units at $48.00 per night (per room) 5 Queen Hotel Suites at $89.00 per night SFU Guest Accommodation will
hold the room block until Friday, April 29, 2005. Reservations
will be accepted after that time
based on availability. |
